Summary: After an in-depth exploration of agriculture and global trade guided by Creative
Change curricula, freshman high school students created a 'Monopoly'-style game to demonstrate the links among the loss of family farms in the US, the global consolidation of agriculture, & the impacts on world hunger. The game was supplemented with a report providing research and data on global trade patterns. The students presented their work at a public forum aimed at educating parents and community members about agricultural issues.
